Before we talk about the use of a certificate, let's look at another knowledge-publishing a Web page.
In the previous ClickOnce deployment, if you are careful, you should find this problem.
As shown above, when the publication succeeds, you are prompted in the Output window to not view the publishing page.
Okay, let's start with whatever it is, now we might as well publish a project, but in the Project Properties window, on the Publish tab, click the Options button to open the Publish Options dialog box.
In the description page, enter the basic information, product name, and publisher.
Then go to the Deployment page, enter a page name at the deployment page, preferably with a name like index.htm or Default.htm, because the default pages for servers such as IIS are usually these. And check the "Automatically generate deployment pages after each release" item.
Click OK to go back to the publishing page, and then we click on "Publish Now" and watch carefully. This time we found that the Output window was no longer prompted to open the Deployment page, and when the publication was completed, a page was opened, which is the published page we just entered, and is generated automatically by vs.
We can use VS or other Web editing tools to modify this page, once we have modified, remember to return to the project properties of the publishing page, open the Publishing Options dialog again, remove the "every time after the release automatically generate Deployment Page" Item before the check, otherwise, The page you are modifying will be overwritten by the automatically generated page after the next release.
