According to last year's data, China's cloud service market will reach $2014 in 1.1 billion, and will grow at a compound growth rate of nearly 45% in the next four years. China's cloud computing industry has entered its growth stage. As of 2018, a market study showed that data centers in megabytes are expected to become more than 72% of service providers in the market, therefore, data center construction can be well performed. Emerging data centers will account for more than 44% of the new "high-end data centers", compared with 2013 in 19.3%. With the emergence of large service providers, more internal high-end data centers are expected to replace the "Old Data Center" and expand to support new cloud computing and big data analysis and deployment.

When planning a data center, enterprises often get used to focusing on the technical architecture of the cloud, such as how to implement virtualization. This is actually a misunderstanding. The process of transforming an enterprise's data center to the cloud is not only a change in the IT infrastructure, but also a complete change in IT service methods.

At the same time, cloud-based data centers require a unified network architecture, mainly because after virtualization changes the data center into a cloud environment, heterogeneous transmission networks and storage networks will produce more complex traffic. Especially as the traffic grows, it is difficult for the data center to ensure availability without degrading the performance. Therefore, in the evolution to cloud services, only a unified architecture can be used to simplify the network architecture, simplify O & M, and improve efficiency.

 

It is expected that the construction of new data centers led by China and other emerging economies will play a certain role in promoting the construction of data centers in the future, other regions are replacing existing infrastructure construction.
