[Collabnet teamforge] SVN library migration to CTF

Migration steps

1) create a mobile banking project in CTF

A) create a user

B) add a user to the project team

C) create a user group and grant different project access permissions to the user group.

D) add a user to the project team

2) InCodeCreate a mobile configuration library in management
3) Lock the original SVN Library
4) Copy Mobile Code
5) Upload the mobile code to the CTF server.
6) decompress the code to the unzip *****. Zip-D/svnroot directory in the/svnroot directory.
7) if the directory name is incorrect, run the MV command to modify the MV oldername/newname/

8) execute the permission check script (permission synchronization)

A) update the file permissions on your site 'sdata

/Opt/collabnet/teamforge/runtime/scripts/fix_data_permissions.sh

B) upgrade SVN from 1.6 to 1.7. (upgrade version Library)
