Confluence 6 Database JDBC driver

This page provides all the JDBC driver download links for the supported databases.

For license-based reasons, we did not integrate MySQL or Oracle database drivers into confluence, so you need to manually download and install the drivers before confluence starts.

If you are using PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server, the database driver has been integrated into confluence so you do not need to download and install the driver again.

Add your database Drivers (MySQL and Oracle)

If confluence cannot find the correct database driver, the Confluence Configuration Wizard will stop in the database configuration step.

Hopefully your database driver can be used in confluence:

1. Stop confluence

2. Download and decompress the database drivers that are required in the following list.

3. Unzip the. jar file into your <installation-directory>/confluence/WEB-INF/lib directory.

4. Restart the confluence, and then go through your browser http://localhost:<port> to access the installation process.

The Setup Wizard will return you to the database configuration interface, where you can start the next database configuration.
