Analysis:
Some of my colleagues were blinded by the demand side of the consultant's "Qian Kun's great move" and felt that "the demand side said that SL technology is not as good as ours" was very comfortable, it is really better for us to come. However, it ignores the important principle of division of labor. The cooperation agreement includes the contract agreement of the owner, and the consulting demand side is responsible for the business requirements, system requirements, and outline design! We do not have any work in our workload.
Therefore, the positions of all members of the project team are as follows:
- The principal party of the requirement is the consultant h, and the requirement mining work is part of the requirement research. If the consultant H needs the technical support of SL, we can help provide public open source materials on the website, even we are willing to provide assistance in the consultation and training communication between the SL vendor and the consultant H;
- Any requirement may not be implemented. h needs to provide a written requirement specification, which will be studied by our implementer, if we have different opinions (whether or not we can implement different opinions), we can propose them and discuss them together.
Result:
After unifying our positions, our big project manager Z clarified the division of labor at the work meeting on Tuesday with the leaders of the industry and consultants, divide the work interface and divide the project results involved in the project assessment.
