Imsi adopts the e.212 format. The encoding format is MCC (460) + MNC + msin.
MCC: Mobile country code. Three digits, for example, China is 460.
MNC: mobile network number, two digits, for example, China Mobile's MNC is 00 (China Unicom is 01, and China Mobile 159 is 02 ).
Msin: the unique Ms identifier in a plmn. The encoding format is H1 H2 H3 sxxxxxx.
Nmsi: the unique Ms identifier in a country.
Imsi is the unique identification number assigned by the GSM system to a mobile user (MS.

Stored in SIM card, HLR, and vlr, transmitted on wireless interface and map interface.
Imsi allocation principle: contains a maximum of 15 numbers (0-9 ).

When calling a mobile user, Ms calls the mobile phone number and searches for the number imsi in HLR for the call. In fact, the SIM card does not store the mobile phone number, but imsi.
86 is the Country Code
Msisdn
Msisdn refers to the number that a caller needs to call a mobile user in GSM plmn. It is equivalent to a fixed network PSTN number.

Composition:
Cc: Country Code, Country Code, for example, 86 for China.
NDC: National destination code, domestic access number, such as 139 and 130.
SN: subscriber number
The general format of msisdn is 86-139-h0 H1 H2 H3 ABCD.
