Hyperlinks in Word 2010 documents can be linked to Web pages, Word documents, Excel files, or other Office documents, executables, and so on, and are an effective way to expand the content of Word 2010. In a Word 2010 document, a text hyperlink is the most common form of a hyperlink. To create a text hyperlink, the following steps are described:
Step 1th, open the Word 2010 document window and select the text you want to create a hyperlink for. Switch to the Insert Ribbon, click the Hyperlink button in the Links group (or the message clicks the selected text, and then select the Hyperlink Shortcut command), as shown in Figure 2011080901.

Tips: Users can also click the link button without first selecting the text.
2nd, in the Open Insert Hyperlink dialog box, the text that you selected is automatically entered in the text to display edit box, enter a link address in the Address box, and click OK, as shown in Figure 2011080902.

Return to the Word 2010 document window, where the user can point the mouse pointer to a text hyperlink, and a detailed link address is displayed, as shown in Figure 2011080903.
