In the case of meeting the above requirements, the improvement of the simulation operation can be completed, that is, the motor and inertia load are connected by the damping spring system, the damping coefficient d=0.2, the spring coefficient is c=10, the controller is designed and the parameters are set to meet the above three-point control requirements.
A few things to note:
1) In order to simplify the simulation, there is no switching device and the current value of the motor to limit, but the output of the speed controller is the maximum of positive or negative 10V, if the integration control, please consider the integral saturation effect.
2) Encourage the use of speed loop and current loop double-loop control.
3) Write the simulation report, explain the structure of the controller, the method and process of parameter tuning, analyze the simulation results.
In the debugging process, PI control has been able to complete the task better, so the use of Pi control, adjust kp=100,ki=10;
