Structured Cabling Systems (SCS) adopts a modular design and hierarchical star topology. It can adapt to the cabling system of any building or building. This product represents the Premises Distribution System for Integrated cabling of buildings and buildings ).
There are also two advanced systems: intelligent building cabling system (IBS) and industrial cabling system (IDS ). Their principles and design methods are basically the same. The difference is that the company's service environment is dominated by the business environment and office automation environment.
In general, it adopts a modular design and a physically Layered Star topology to transmit speech, Data, images, and various control signals.
The structure of the PDS can be divided into six independent subsystems (modules ).
1. WORK AREA SURSYSTEM)
The workspace cabling subsystem consists of a line (or soft line) from the terminal device to the information outlet, which includes the extended soft line required for assembling the soft line, connector, and connection, it also bridges the gap between the terminal equipment and I/O. There are various types of information sockets, such as walls, floors, tables, and soft base types. The standard is RJ45/Micron 11 single, double, and porous.
2. HORIZONTAL SUBSYSTEM)
The horizontal wiring sub-system connects the cables from the floor distribution frame to the information outlets in each user's work zone, usually on the same floor. Generally, 5 categories of 8-Core 4-pair twisted pair wires can be used to meet or exceed the EIA/TIA 568 standard.
3. RISER BACKBONE SURSYSTEM)
The vertical trunk subsystem refers to a large number of multi-core copper or optical cables between the distribution frame and the main distribution frame on each floor, or they are mixed. It is the nerve hub of the Integrated Wiring System. Its main function is to connect the main distribution frame system with the distribution frame system on each floor.
4. ADMINISTRATION SUBSYSTEM)
The management subsystem consists of floor distribution frames. Its main function is to connect the vertical dry cable with the horizontal cabling sub-system of each floor. The advantages and flexibility of the cabling system are mainly reflected in the management subsystem. As long as you simply hop a line, you can complete the information sockets of any structured cabling system to connect any kind of smart systems, this greatly facilitates the re-layout of lines and the adjustment of network terminals. When connecting the optical fiber, use the optical fiber connection box (LIU). There are multiple ST connector installation holes in the box. The line bending design in the box should meet the bending requirements of 62.5/125 micron multimode optical fiber, the optical fiber connector is made of ceramic material and has a maximum signal attenuation of less than dB. The optical coupler can be used as a connection between multimode optical fiber and network equipment or optical fiber connection device, distribution frames and Optical Fiber Connection boxes are usually located in a weak current well or equipment, used to connect other subsystems and manage them through jumpers.
5. SUBSYSTEM between devices (equipment subsystem)
The device-to-device subsystem consists of the main distribution frame and various public devices. Its main function is to connect various public devices (such as computer hosts, digital programmable switches, various control systems, and network interconnection devices) with the main distribution frame. This subsystem also includes an electrical protection device.
6. Building Group direct connection subsystem (campus backbone SUBSY5TEM)
This subsystem refers to the connection system in which the main distribution frame of the main building extends to the main distribution frame of other buildings. Similar to the vertical subsystem, optical cables or large numbers of copper cables are usually used for connection. It is part of the entire cabling system (including transmission media) and supports the hardware required for communication between buildings, including cables, optical cables, and electrical protection equipment that prevents the Surge Voltage of cables from entering the building.
