5. The fifth important tool "ifunbox" (operate on computer)
This is an iPad file management software that needs to be installed on a computer.

2. When talking about software installation, you must clarify two concepts:
First: Where are the files to be installed?
Second, what tools are used for installation?
Different file sources are installed using different tools. Different file installation methods are arranged and combined.
Here, we will only list the common installation methods.
(1) Direct Method on iPad
1. As mentioned above, for example, cydia installation is the most direct. cydia has a lot of software and applications and can be directly installed.
The installation method is also described.
2. install the software of installous 3. Open installous. Many applications are provided on the homepage. download and install the software.
In fact, the so-called direct method is the first to be mastered by friends who have experienced jailbreak, and everyone can understand it.
The reason is that cydia and installous play a role in the following situations!

(2) USB connection method (using iTunes to install the iPad program on a computer)
We often download a large number of IPA files from forums, which are stored on computers.
How to install these files on the iPad makes iTunes play a role, haha
Connect the iPad to the computer through the USB cable of the iTunes App added to the program file to be installed, and then "Synchronize" to install the software.
Easy!
(3) Indirect Method
The indirect method is complex and involves many methods. Only some methods are listed here.
In short, there are two steps:
Step 1: place the file (IPA or Deb) to be installed in the specified directory on the iPad
Step 2: Install with installous3 or cydia
How is it? Easy to use
1. What is a specified directory first?
(1) If it is an IPA file, you should try to put it in this directory on the iPad:/var/mobile/documents/installous/downloads
(2) Put the Deb file in the directory on the iPad:/private/var/root/Media/cydia/autoinstall

2. Here we will introduce three methods to transfer the IPA file to a specified directory on the iPad.
(1) Method 1:
On the iPad, open safari, log on to the forum where you want to download the IPA file, and click the file you want to download, you can download it (Here we use the "Sixth supplemental tool" plug-in above)
The downloaded IPA file is saved in the var/mobile/library/downloads directory.
Use the ifile tool to transfer the downloaded file from the last directory to/var/mobile/documents/installous/downloads.
This goal is achieved!

(2) Method 2:
Download the IPA file on your computer and upload it to your iPad through USB.
The ifunbox tool is used here. You can directly upload the IPA file to the specified directory, as shown in the preceding figure.
(3) method 3:
The IPA file is also downloaded from the computer, but not transmitted via USB. Instead, the file is uploaded to the iPad through the WiFi network.
This uses the powerful software ifile function on the iPad.
Simply put, click the WiFi icon on ifile to open "Web server". The information shows the logon address, for example, "http: // 192.168.1.4: 10000/"(This depends on your network)

Then, log on to this address in a browser on your computer and you will be able to access the corresponding iPad files.
Go to the specified directory and upload the IPA file on your computer!
It should be noted that the transfer method of the Deb file is similar and will not be repeated again. There are other methods for file transfer. The above is only for reference.
3. How to install
(1) install installous3
The file is already in the specified directory. Open the installous3 software on the iPad and click "downloads" to install it.
The installation method is the same as that of the file downloaded from the installous website. For more information, see the preceding section!
Note: The installation directory of installous3 is as follows:
/Var/mobile/documents/installous/downloads

(2) Automatic Installation of cydia
The Deb file is already in the automatic installation directory specified by cydia. Restart the iPad twice to complete the installation!
Tip: the automatic installation file for the downloaded cydia file is in the following directory. Do not make a mistake.
