This article describes the process of making a customer feedback form. The main content is to use tables to design the form structure and set form parameters.
1. Place the insertion point where you want the form to appear. Select Insert > form, or select the form category on the Insert Bar, and then click the form icon.
2. Place the insertion point in a red form, and click the Table button in the common category of the Insert column.
3. In the Insert Table dialog box, set the number of rows 11, the number of columns 2.
4. In the table, enter the text in the cell in the left column, and insert the text field in the right column.
5. Select the text field in the right column and the same text in the property panel for the text field and the left column cell.
6. Repeat enter text and insert "text field" to name the text field. Hold down the CTRL key and select the two columns in the bottom row to merge the cells.
7. In the bottom column, insert two "buttons".
8. Select a button on the right, and in the property panel, the action is chosen to reset the form.
9. Select the form label on the label selector in the lower-left corner of the document, and in the Properties panel, enter mailto: The email address of the webmaster, and select Post in the method.
10. Continue to select the form label, open the Tag Inspector panel, in the Enctype property, click the Drop-down arrow on the right, and select the Text/plain type.
11. Select all columns to the left, and align them to the right, selecting the cells in the bottom column and aligning them in the center. To set up CSS for tables and forms, to define the size of text in tables and forms, the customer feedback form is done. The feedback form is sent by email on a computer using Outlook Express and receives some text.
