Today Reinhard in the process of using the report, the following error was found:
The default report Server Configuration ID could is found in the Srsservers table.
based on the error message,Reinhard infers that this is caused by an incorrect report server configuration in Microsoft Dynamics AX. When one of the following situations occurs, we need to adjust or add the report server configuration:
- A new AOS is installed: After you install the new AOS, you need to tell the AOS which report server it should use.
- moved the report server to another physical host : In this case, the report server in all AOS needs to be pointed to and updated to the new location.
- Environment Refresh : Once we restore the production environment to the test environment, we need to adjust the report server configuration to point to the appropriate report server.
