(3) Subject: "Reply: please help me find xx information -- recipient's response: It seems that I requested you to send an email! You must have promoted your website. This is indeed the case. The email content is:
"Mr. Wang: I have found the xx information you want. The website is http ://...... "It's an advertising email, but it's just a fake email."-who are you!
3. Hide the sender's name
This mail gives people the feeling that the sender is doing anything that can't be seen. Otherwise, why are you afraid to reveal your true face in normal business activities? How reliable is the content of such an email? There are also some emails to write the sender as "president of the United States", "your friends", "Beautiful Girl", and so on. In fact, no matter how disguised you are, your sending address will be easily identified. To launch online marketing activities, please be honest with us!
4. Complicated email content
E-mail is different from printed advertisements such as newspapers and magazines. The larger the length, the more powerful the company is. The content of the email should be concise and the simplest content should be used to express your appeal points. If necessary, you can provide a link to the detailed content. If the recipient is interested, you will actively click on the content of your link. Otherwise, there will be no value for more content, which can only arouse the resentment of the recipient. In addition, for those free mailbox users, because of the limited space capacity, too large emails must be the first choice to be deleted. Based on experience, each Mail should not exceed 7 KB
5. The email content is in the form of an attachment.
Some senders save the trouble of inserting one or more files in different formats as attachments to the email content, which saves the trouble for the recipients. Because the operating system and application software used by each person may be different, the attachment content may not be accessible to the recipient. For example, your attachment is a document in powerpoint format, and I do not have such a processing tool at all, so what is the value of your attachment? In addition, even if you have the same application software, anyone who has experience knows that opening attachments is troublesome, especially emails that you are not very interested in, you are too lazy to open it! Therefore, it is best to use documents in plain text format and arrange the content in the body of the email as much as possible. Do not use attachments unless you insert images, sounds, and other information!
