Overview
The Group Configuration Wizard functions to modify the DLL file information associated with the group configuration and synchronize the corresponding table data according to the records in the group synchronization settings.
The Group Configuration Wizard is required to add, edit, and close any records in the group support materials, group Sync settings, and subsidiaries ' custom business. .
The Group Configuration Wizard is divided into the following stages:
Company account: Displays the information of the group and subsidiaries in the group's ancillary materials.
Group configuration: Displays all currently configured group business, including group custom business, inventory lookup, tree lookup, custom query.
Subsidiary configuration: Displays all currently configured subsidiary custom businesses. Note: A subsidiary custom business that has modified a custom table must select Rebuild table to synchronize to the subsidiary.
Sync settings: Shows the synchronization of all O-states and uninitialized tables in the group Sync settings.
System initialization: Displays the SQL statements based on the previous configuration, and shows the progress of performing the synchronization.
It is divided into the following steps:
1, open the wizard, click Next until the system initialization;
2, download the configuration file, and to the corresponding database execution;
3. Restart the service ( This step is required only if the account set configuration changes, generally skip )
4, re-open the wizard, click Next until the system initialization;
5. Click the "Execute" button.
Note: If an error occurs during the wizard, you need to log down to find out why!!!
Operation Steps
The first wizard steps are as follows:
1, Path: Management-Group Application-Group Configuration Wizard, open the Group Configuration Wizard.
2, the company account set page, the first time you open, check whether the bill information is entered correctly. Click Next directly.
3, Group configuration page, display all group business. Click Next directly.
4, the Subsidiary configuration page, note: Modified custom table Custom business to select "Rebuild table" to synchronize to the subsidiary. Click Next.
5, synchronization settings, you can view the Group Synchronization settings table. Click Next directly.
6, the System initialization page, click the configuration file to download to the local, in each file corresponding database, execute these SQL statements respectively.
7, restart the service. Do not omit!! (This step is required only if you want to change the set of accounts, generally skip)
8. Close the wizard, reopen it, or reload the frame.
Note: In this step, the wizard needs to have a re-open process and cannot be omitted.
9, click "Next" until the final interface, click the "Execute" button, the following shows the progress of the wizard. Prompts the session to complete when all is done.
