In the setting.py of Django:

Language_code = ' en-US '

Time_zone = ' Asia/shanghai ' # ' UTC '

use_i18n = True

use_l10n = True

Use_tz = True

Cause error due to use_tz=true turned on

Workaround:

Enter the following code in the terminal

Mysql_tzinfo_to_sql /usr/share/zoneinfo | mysql -u root -p mysql

Enter the MySQL password (note that MySQL in the above statement is not a password)
