Today we animate the method and technique of using buttons in Excel to invoke macros.
If the macro is valid for all workbook documents, we recommend that you add a command button on the toolbar to invoke the macro.
The operation method is as follows:
1. Execute the tools → customize command to open the Customize dialog box.
2. Switch to the Command tab, select Macros under Categories, and then drag the custom button option in the command area to the right of the toolbar.
3. Click the "Change Selection" button, and in the shortcut menu that pops up, modify the characters in the right square box to the corresponding character of the button (such as delete) and select the Always use Text option.
4, right click on the added button, in the following pop-up shortcut menu, select the "Specify Macros" option, open the "Specify Macros" dialog box, select the macro you need to call to determine the return.
5. Close the Customize dialog box and press a button on the toolbar to test it.
