Excel Animation Tutorial: Recording macros in Excel

Today we animate the method and technique of recording macros in Excel.

It's perfectly OK to say, "Macros" is the essence of Excel, how to record a macro?

Let's take a look at the specific recording process by recording a macro with a setting heading "Center Across columns":

1. Execute the "tools → macros → record new macros" command to open the Record New Macro dialog box.

2. Under "Macro name", enter a name (such as "Center across Columns") and set the location where the macro is saved.

Note: Macros are saved in three locations: the current workbook--the macro is only valid for the current workbook; Personal Macro Workbook--macros are not valid for all workbooks; New Workbook--the recorded macro is saved in a new workbook and is valid for that workbook.
