Excel is very widely used in the work, today we introduce a more specific use of the technique: "Special paste" in the "operation."
The exam results came out, but in the use of Excel in the EC ran into a little trouble, the reason is that the physics and chemistry test papers are 100 points, but the leadership requirements and high school Entrance Examination (the Regional High school physics is divided into 80 points, chemistry for 70), that is, the need to break into 80% and 70%, but in the H2 cell input =h2*0.8 returns "The formula cannot be calculated." A cell reference in a formula points to a formula result, resulting in a circular reference. ... "error hint, as shown in Figure 1.

Although the method was later used to add auxiliary columns (using formulas to add the final converted score to the secondary column), it was always troublesome. After repeated search after finally using the "selective pasting" in the original data directly completed the conversion. The specific methods are as follows:
1, enter 0.8 in a blank cell, then click in any other click, and then return to the cell where you clicked 0.8, and then click Copy.
2. Select all the original points under this column of physics, then click edit → paste selective, select "Multiply" under "operations" in the Open Paste Options dialog box, and the final point "OK" exits, you can convert the original score of the physical column to 80% at a one-time. The final 0.8 deletion is done, as shown in Figure 2.
