The first thing to see is that we are using Excel software, is excel2003 or 2007 or 2010. Usually 2007 and 2010 are similar, and all we need to know about excel2003 and 2007 is the way
Excel2003 method of Operation one:
Step one: If the two rows of data are the same, as shown in the figure:
Step Two: Select all the records in the table first, select the "Data"-"filter" above the menu bar to select the Advanced Filter option in the Drop-down list, as shown in the figure:
Step three: In the Advanced Filter box that pops up, select "Copy the filter results to another location" and select a record that does not duplicate, as shown in the figure:
Step four: After completing the operation, click OK, as shown in the figure:
Excel2003 's Operation Method two:
If the row content is the same, the other content is different set method, as shown in the figure:
Step One: First add a new column to E, enter the 1,2,3 of the sort, which we have explained before. Sort all cells by column A,
Step Two: Enter the formula on the F2 cell: =if (A2=A1, Repeat, ""), and drag the cell down in the same sort way.
Step three: Select all the cells, and click on the "Data"-"AutoFilter" option to filter out the duplicate data.
Step four: Finally, you will copy the Filtered cell table and paste the table into another worksheet.
Step five: Sort the whole table by the E cell, then restore the original order of the data, and go directly to column E to delete it. As shown in the figure:
How to excel2007:
For the excel2007 is simpler, because this is a newly added shortcut function, we directly click on the menu bar of the "data" option, below find the "Delete duplicates" option, as shown in the picture:
