Common Sense 2: How to quickly find the location of commands in Excel 2007
Some users who are skilled in Excel 2003 must want to know where the most commonly used commands in Excel 2003 are located on the new Excel 2007 interface. Excel 2007 provides an Easy-to-use Help system-a visual interactive reference guide that can be the right-hand man to familiarize yourself with Excel 2007 operations.
If you want to turn on the Excel 2007 Smart Help system, you can do this by following these steps:
(1) in the upper-right corner of the Excel 2007 window, click the Microsoft Office Excel Help button to open the Excel Help system.
(2) in the browse Excel Help directory, click the Get Help link for new features to open the Get Help window. Click the Interactive: Excel 2003 to Excel 2007 Command Guide link in the topics in category get Help directory.
(3) At this point, open the Interactive: Excel 2003 to Excel 2007 Command Reference Guide window. The interactive reference guide can be started by clicking the Start Guide button directly in the window (shown in Figure 1).

(4) After entering the guide, place the mouse pointer over an Excel 2003 menu or button to understand the new location of its commands in Excel 2007, as shown in Figure 2, and to dynamically demonstrate how to operate in Excel 2007.
