Excel sorting is convenient, especially handy when you rank. The author now summarizes the use of EXECL ranking of the four ways to operate:
After the completion of the entry, use the "Auto sum" function to calculate the total score of each person, and click "Data" → sort, with "total score" as the main "keyword" in descending order. Then enter the word "rank" in cell H1 (Figure 1).
I. Sequence Filling method
1. Enter 1 in the H2 cell, and then point the mouse pointer to the four box on H2 cell, make the H2 cell selected, or click any other cell, and then return to click H2 cell (otherwise the next fill → sequence is grayed out).
2. Identify the total number of people.
3. Click edit → fill → sequence (figure 2), in the Open Sequence dialog box, the sequence is generated in the item select column; Type Item Select "Linear series"; Step value 1; End Value enter total number 12; Finally click OK to complete (Figure 3).
