Open an excel table with data, select any cell, and click "Insert" in the menu bar, as shown in the red circle.
Click the "insert" sub-menu "line chart", and a two-dimensional and three-dimensional line chart is displayed. This article uses two-dimensional examples.
Click any style you like on a two-dimensional line chart. This article selects the second line-stacked line chart with data labels. A line chart is displayed.
Because this line chart is the default data, it may not be what you want. There are too many lines to be dazzled and not intuitive enough. If I only want platform sales for the first to fourth weeks, do not aggregate the amount, you need to manually change the data source. Click "select data" in the red circle in the figure. A dialog box for changing the data source is displayed.
Place the cursor in the "platform" column of the data table to the "Week 4", that is, A1: E7. The selected data source changes. See the red circle in the figure and click OK, the basic line chart is displayed.
At this time, the line chart may not be very beautiful, no title or too small, you can stretch and increase the length and height of the box. If you want to move the position, you can select the box and move the position when the four arrow icons appear. If you want to add a title to the line chart, select the title bar and erase the "chart Title, enter text to set the title.
Add a color fill for the title, place the punctuation in the title bar, erase the text, right-click an icon box, and click "set chart title format ".
Select "fill" to select the style you like. This article uses pure color filling as an example. Select "color", click the triangle, click the color you like in the dot, and click "close.
Notes
Don't worry about getting started with the chart in one step. Operations in one step can guarantee the accuracy of the chart.
