Excel implements automatic data summarization

1. Operation Process

Edit "Standard template"--> "Fill formula"--> "Generate multiple Tables"--> Edit BOM--> "Subtotal"--> "Summary data"

2. Main Table operation

The main table has a row of buttons, and clicking the button performs the following actions

Fill formula: The formulas for all subtotals and totals rows in the standard templates worksheet are regenerated. will also be refreshed for line numbers.

Generate multiple tables: automatically generates multiple worksheets that are the same as the standard template based on the specified table name and number of worksheets.

Subtotals: summarizes the data for a schedule based on large classes and small classes defined by the standard template.

Summary data: Summarize the aggregate data in each sheet

3. Standard Template operation

You can modify your own large classes and small classes by referencing large classes and small classes in the sample table.

The project name for large class and small class is subtotal. The system automatically identifies special colors for large classes and small classes.

The header is in the first and second rows and can be modified arbitrarily, but the first four columns are not modified.

The middle row can be arbitrarily added or subtracted, and the line number of the project line is automatically numbered.

V. How to Enable Macros
