Operation Steps

Now many units have established the internal LAN, we set the Excel document to share, can let many people on the local area network at the same time to edit a document.

Start Excel, open the workbook document that you want to share, execute the tools → shared workbook command, open the Shared Workbook dialog box, select the Allow multiple users to edit simultaneously, and Allow workbook merge option, and then decide to return.

The shared workbook document will be set up, and the user on the local area network can call the editor at any time in a shared folder on a computer that is saved.

Tips

If you switch to the Advanced option in the Shared Workbook dialog box and set the appropriate parameters, you can achieve more shared effects.
