1. Open the school's Excel form of make-up exam list. You can see the following information is "Student exam arrangement", then at the bottom, insert a "seating arrangement".
2. OK, let's go into "seating arrangements" and input the basic information first. For example: Front door, number, school number, name and so on. (The test room is generally 7*5 mode, and it is S-shaped)
3. Generally enter the first position is "1", then we are in the Q column 7 lines (hereafter referred to as Q7) input "1". Q8 (q Column 8 lines), enter "=q7+1". Enter the car and you can see that it's turned 8.
4. Then press and hold the black triangle in the lower right corner of the border, and drag down. The back is automatically ready.
5. Because it is an S-shaped, you should pay attention when changing columns. For example, to change the column, enter "Q13+1" in the first position in the second column, then in the second column in the second position to enter the "m13+1" (must pay attention to this), and then use the mouse to drag the small black triangle, it is necessary to choose this (the second column in the second position), do not choose "q13+1" this.
6. Next, put all the numbers in the above-mentioned method. (Note that it's an S-shaped, don't make a mistake.) The first time I got it wrong.
7. OK, let's add the name. In the first position in the door, that is, S7, input "=offset (Student examination arrangements!)" (meaning that the contents of the "Student examination arrangement" are called in.) "$B $9285" in the "Student test arrangements," the specific location, this position is B9285, you lose at the time, the software will be prompted for reference)
8. After the first of each column, use the mouse to hold down the small black triangle to drag it down. Enter the school number, the same way.
