With the upcoming release of Exchange Server 2007 (previously known as "Exchange 12"), the powerful features it contains are beginning to unfold. E: Hub Transport server Role-routing mail across the enterprise, pre-licensing information management (IRM) messages, and enforcing compliance at each stage.
2, no longer supported features
In Exchange Server 2007, as opposed to previous releases, many of the features that do not fit into the new network environment and requirements have been eliminated, most notably coexistence with Exchange Server 5.5; That is, users cannot make Exchange Server 2007 the Department is within an environment where Exchange 5.5 servers exist.
