If you need to save the mail, right-click the exchange manager-server-your server name-the first storage group-create a mailbox storage such as MIS, and then switch to the database tab, place the path to another disk.
Create a user backup, create a mailbox, and then create OK
Right-click your default mailbox storage, select Properties-Click Browse, and select backup user,
Then, make sure that all emails sent and received in the mailbox created in the default mailbox are automatically forwarded to the backup mailbox,
However, you should note that the backup mailbox is stored in the storage space of MIS, rather than in the default mailbox storage area. If it is put together, it will cause errors such as mail transfer back and forth.
In addition to the backup mailbox, if a manager also needs to monitor all emails, you can set this as a manager, then, right-click a manager and choose "properties"> "exchange general-transfer option"> "Forward" to the backup mailbox, so that all emails are automatically forwarded to the boss's mailbox, then it is stored in the backup mailbox for backup.
It should be noted that the boss's mailbox also needs to be placed in the MIS storage area or another storage area, otherwise it will receive the mail back and forth,
To put it simply, the Monitored object cannot be in the monitored storage area.
