Don't give up helping team members. No matter how busy the project manager is, how energetic it is, you must take some time to help team members who are in trouble. This is the premise that they can continue to trust you, if you cannot help, you can only ask for help, then your requirements become forced.
Remember to encourage team members to help each other. If a team does not know the importance of mutual help, it will lose the meaning of a team.
Decisive
I remember when I first came out as a project manager (), a director said to me, "when you speak, don't say 'I think', but say 'mandatory ', at least say 'I think'. After a while, I feel deeply touched. Your hesitation and decision-making will make your team members feel at a loss, increase pressure, and fail to find directions, after a long time, the team members will not consider your ideas, but can only follow your own ideas. Sense of Responsibility
Dare to take responsibility-this is very important to the project manager. No matter what the situation is, the project manager is responsible for any issues with the project and everyone in the team. This is the most basic role of a project manager.

Isn't it in the final analysis to make products or projects deliver benefits to customers. So we only need to think about what customers need, what they want, and what we should do... Only in this way can the project be better completed.
Make the customer a member of the team
Introduce team members to customers, tell them their responsibilities, tell them their goals, and make them feel that they are in the same team. Remove stakeholder relationships, strengthen team spirit, complete projects more efficiently, and maintain good customer relationships.
