We often need to set some important files in the computer to hide, in addition to the system comes with hidden, there are many other hidden file methods such as third-party software. Let's take a look at the following together with PC6:
First, run the attrib command to hide the file
Now you need to hide the tools folder in the e-drive Bak directory E:baktools
The attrib directive is used to modify the properties of a file. Common properties for files are: read-only. Archive. Hidden and system.
A read-only property is an operation that a file can only read. Cannot write to the file. Is the file write protection.
The archive attribute is used to mark file changes. That is, the file has been changed since the last backup. Some backup software will only back up files with archive attributes when it is backed up.
A hidden property is a hidden file, as its name implies. Under normal circumstances. Files with hidden properties are not displayed in Explorer.
A system attribute refers to a system file for a callout file. Is the file that the system needs to invoke. System properties include hidden and read-only properties and cannot be changed in Windows GUI mode.
