You can also pull yourself up from front of the computer one to two hours a day, go outside for a run, breathe fresh air, go to the gym to gather dumbbells, practice to bring the body up, break through the limits of the body, you can also go to the swimming pool to learn frog and backstroke, and get in touch with the water.

My weight dropped from the heaviest 80KG to the lowest. Currently, it is between 69 and 70 kilograms. After a few months of exercise, I found that it is really not difficult to lose weight. As long as you can stop your mouth and open your legs, your weight will definitely drop. In the process of fat loss, you cannot rush to seek success. If you want to reduce the amount of meat that has risen in a few days or months, it is obviously unrealistic. I will hold a normal heart. As long as I don't eat high-calorie junk food every day and maintain a certain amount of aerobic exercise, my weight will definitely drop over time. Although its decline is not an imaginary linear decline, it is actually a curve like decline-rebound-decline. But in general, it must have been downgraded. My goal is to reduce it to 65 kilograms, which seems to be expected to be achieved in three months.

The most effective way to lose weight is to perform aerobic exercise or long-distance running. Because of its good foundation, it ran for 10 kilometers for the first time. In this way, we set a benchmark for ourselves to run for at least 10 kilometers each time. It may be difficult for ordinary people to reach 10 km, but it is really difficult to run down. As long as you do not require a speed and run at a faster pace than usual, stick to the goal of achieving 10 kilometers after 1 or 2 months. After that, 10 km was no longer enough for my animal desires. I gradually increased the distance to 15 km and 20 km. I just took a marathon and ran 42 km. I became a long-distance runners, reported the Xichang marathon in March, and started targeted training. The passthrough feeling after the long-distance race is incredible. We hope that we can continue to take part in 50 km cross-country run or even 100 km cross-country run next year.

In fact, losing weight is not my goal. My purpose for fitness is to have some muscles and make myself stronger. To highlight muscle lines, we recommend that you train Eight abdominal muscles. At the beginning, my main fitness method was to do push-ups, squat, and bend in front of the upright position (commonly known as good morning ). This kind of exercise does not take place, and it takes no time. 40 squats every morning and 40 good morning. When I went to work, I used the build time for 20 push-ups. From the first 20 push-ups targets per day to 40, 100, 150, 200, and 300 each day. Originally, a group can only do five push-ups, and now a group has 30 no pressure.

However, it is still impossible to conquer the huge mountains. Now, the backhand is up to four, and the forehand can only be two. The results of this 4-month training are a bit difficult. We hope that 12 anti-manual and 10 front-hand guides can be created in six months.

Except for the upper extremity training, I did not pull the abdominal muscle training. Every day, there will be 40 moves and 60 slashes. Although the stomach is reduced by fat loss, but the abdominal muscles are not highlighted. Now I have changed the abdominal muscle tear. If you have renewed the abdominal muscle tear once a day, I hope it will have some effect.

Through the fitness experience over the past few months, I understand that muscle growth is definitely not an easy task. Many people may think that they can drill themselves in the gym for three months, and they can also build beautiful muscles. I can only say that this is a dream. It is definitely not three or five months to have a beautiful muscle. It can be done in six months. At least one year, it would be nice to have Chengdu in three years. Like our office workers, the time is not plentiful, and the training cycle will be extended.

I don't know how long I can stick to fitness. Do as much as possible. If you have a goal in your mind, you can step by step to this goal, and your daily experience will be enriched. Where are your limits? Only you can mine and break through them. Having less surfing the internet for 2 hours every day, and having more than 2 hours of running and fitness, I am afraid that the trajectory of my life will change.

We are looking forward to taking part in a 2015-kilometer cross-country run in 100. We have eight charming abdominal muscles, a Russian-style stand-up, and a pair of arm. Self-Knowledge is not easy, but efforts are needed.
