Lesson 1! Partial Character replacement
This method is also available in other posts on the Forum, so I just want to give it a simple explanation.
Purpose and applicability: to replace a small number of characters in a font with the corresponding characters in other fonts. A few characters here are indexed. For example, replace the English and numbers in the font with the Washington font.
Assume that you want to change the English and numbers of font A to the english numbers of font B.
Steps:
1. Open the font file used for modification, that is, font A and font B. Open the software and place it in.
2. Find the characters you need in font B. In this example, the characters are English and numbers.
(Note this step! Generally, English and numbers are in front of each other, so you can see them when you open them. If not, after you click "font"-"Sort font", the English and numbers are usually listed at the top of the page. However, it takes a while and it is quite slow, the software prompts a few minutes)
3. Select all the items to be used. Press ctrl to select consecutive items. Press shift to select an interval. As you all know, press Ctrl + C to copy the selected items...
4. Find the words you want to replace in the font. If it is not easy to find them, select them and press Ctrl + V to paste them .. Be sure not to select the wrong one. The number and sorting order of the selected words must be the same as the characters copied in font B. If you are afraid of mistakes, you can use one word or one word.
This is the end, and the desired characters have been replaced ~ It is recommended that you check it. If it is wrong, you will be confused ..
Extra-curricular Extension: replace some special words. For example, I replace the word "God" with other fonts, then we need the second software above to use the "Rainbow Chinese character encoding queryer" (Chinese). After installation, you will naturally know how to use it. Then, enter "God" in the Chinese character and click "Search, the third line (UNICODE) shows a number (which seems to be a hexadecimal number). Enter the number of tabs (ing) in the box and click the up and down arrow behind the box, let the symbol in the box look like a dollar .. The value 0 after the symbol is changed to the number just obtained. On the platform above, each font seems to be different. This small-scale processing generally does not change the size of the original font.

Lesson 2 use other font libraries that are incomplete

Operation purpose and applicability: many nice-looking font libraries are incomplete, and many special characters in Traditional Chinese cannot be displayed. You can use similar font libraries to complete the display. For example: I have done a font for 正 and huakang dolls, which is a full font. The guiding ideology is to replace all the words in Xiaoying on the basis of the huakang doll in the font library. In fact, it is similar to the first lesson, but the scope is very wide ~ Large .. Therefore, the first method is impossible.
Assume that font A is incomplete and font B is full. Use font B to complete font.
Steps:
1. Open two font libraries
2. Pull to the bottom of font A and place the cursor over the last character of font A. At this time, it is at the bottom left corner of the software! Write a hexadecimal number, which is the total number of characters in the font. Remember, the purpose of this step is to know the total number of characters in the font A, and use other methods, I think this is the most convenient.
3. In font B, the number of characters in font a is the number of blank fonts created in font B and inserted into the font. Note that, the number we just obtained is a hexadecimal number. here we need to enter a decimal number, so we need to convert it... If you are good at computer science, you can calculate it by yourself .. I can't do anything else .. Can you find out if there is any hexadecimal conversion software... You can't send me a short message when you do it .. You won't ignore it if you see it! (Ah .. Unless I find you don't reply .. .
4. Press Ctrl + A to select all the fonts in font A, then press Ctrl + C to copy them, and return to font B. All newly inserted fonts are selected. If no, select all the new blank fonts, and click Edit-Special paste. A box is displayed. There are four projects in the box, all of which are selected, select "add ing" for the "ing" below and click "OK". The ing will be pasted, but now there are many repeated characters in the font.
5. "font-Sort mode" sorts the fonts. Wait for a while, and all the characters that are replaced after the sorting are followed.
6. delete all the replaced characters from the end. Be careful when you delete them. Do not delete more characters. Generally, the replaced characters will start from "!". Start with the exclamation mark, and then some basic symbols and numbers are special characters in English. Basically, this is the case. In theory, it should be the exclamation mark that can be deleted later, during the operation, you can try again to find out the first batch of Chinese characters and those before the first batch of Chinese characters, my current purpose is to put aside 1000 and kill one of them... Of course, the font size you let go will naturally increase... Go ahead ..
