GitHub Desktop Online Installation failure solution

1. Overview of issues

My OS is Windows8.1 64 bit, try to install GitHub desktop, always install failed: progress to 50% or so to explode. The prompt says: network error. (I 100M telecom, network error?) I have been on the internet all the time.

Google search solution: Install the package now down, offline installation.

2. Installation method

A, offline package? Come on, point me in.

B, after decompression, install the offline package

C, after the installation is complete
