If Google can't put ads on your website, you can use your advertising space to put in alternative ads. By default, if there are no targeted ads, Google will display public service ads (PSA). By specifying colors, pictures, HTML pages, or selected ad servers, you can ensure that advertising space is always used effectively-either for targeted Google ads or for content you choose. Alternative ads can be designated as the next format:
Color : You can enter any of the hexadecimal color codes (or use our Easy-to-use Color Picker tool!). ) Instead of public service ads. If you set the alternate advertising color consistent with the background hue of the page, you can hide the ad block completely.
image : You can use any picture as an alternative ad
HTML pages : This option is useful if you want to use clickable images as alternative ads. An HTML page contains the information needed to load a picture and link it to any one of the target locations
Folding Advertising Unit : Folding Advertising Unit Code is the above alternative advertising color improvement version, it will shrink the advertising unit, rather than display public service ads. If you use a substitute advertisement color, there will be a blank area on the page, and a folded AD unit code will not be available because the content around the ad unit is moved sequentially to fill the entire blank area.
Each option is described in detail below.
