The Gae SDK provides a local runtime, allowing you to develop and debug apps locally. however, the help documentation only has an online version, so there must be an Internet connection during development (at least I can't do anything when I leave the document myself), and the SDK's offline development capability is discounted.
The official Google App Engine blog officially released an offline version of the document today. you can download the zip package here. the document is HTML format, basically the clone of the http://code.google.com/appengine/, including home, Doc, FAQ, articles and download pages. I downloaded it for the first time. there is a problem opening in IE, and it has been refreshing. it is normal in Firefox. i'm ie6. I Don't Know How IE7 works. they also mentioned plans to include offline documents in future sdks.
Gae team also mentioned the Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License: "You can freely distribute this document and its derivatives. you can translate and distribute your translations. you can convert the document format (such as PDF) and distribute new Format documents."
Therefore, this is a formal copyright statement that authorizes document translation. I have already reviewed two documents, and I will continue to repeat some documents that I am very interested in. if you are interested in translation, contact me for communication.
