Google's search results have always been personalized, even if you do not log on to your Google account, Google will be based on your current location and the content of your previous search to customize the new search results. When you log in to your account, Google will give you more personalized search content: Your search/streaming history, your social network, your favorite Web pages and your Google +1 pages will be a reference.
And now, Google + has changed the situation further because it feels that social data is more important to personalized search, so Google's search has now been integrated with more Google + content, even the ranking of certain content, That's why a lot of websites have Google +1 buttons--it really determines the ranking of the search.
The latest Google search improvements are called "Search + Your World," and it's clear that Google + is the "Your World", so now the search is equivalent to searching your own world.
Now Google search will also search for information and images that are shared with you, as well as information and images that others share with you, even in the circles of your friends. After a Google search, the search results for the keyword in your Google + are immediately displayed, as shown above.
Google Instant also suggests in the dropdown that friends in your circle will allow you to quickly locate someone:
Google + users and the official pages account for your search keyword will also show:
To balance too much social information, Google has added two new buttons underneath the Search button, and you can switch between personalized and non personalized search:
The current "Search + Your World" new feature will only appear in the Google.com English interface, and only use the login account.
Even though Google + and social networking are becoming more important, Google's approach is now too radical to be a complete distraction for non-Google + heavy users. Think about the initial Google search to add Onebox at the top of the results, although there are some Google's own services (such as Google Maps and Google Finance), but there will be third-party services and information for you to use. And now the combination of so-called social search is exactly the same as the Google + alone, no other social services shadow. Why does the so-called social search have to be Google +, not Twitter? Much of Twitter's information is now far more useful than Google +. Yes, the search engine's fairness and neutrality have vanished.
