Tutorial 1: FTP Configuration
1. configure remote logon for h3c
1. server configuration (the following four steps are not in sequence)
1) enable remote Logon
[H3c] telnet server enable remote login
2) create a telnet user
[H3c] local-user h3c create user name h3c
[H3c-luser-h3c] password cipher/simple h3c create ciphertext/plaintext display password for h3c
[H3c-luser-h3c] service-type telnet defines the user's service type as telnet
[H3c-luser-h3c] authorization-attribute level 3 authorizing the current user's command line level 3-management level P40
3) set Remote Login User attributes
[H3c] user-interface vty 0 4 set virtual user Port
[H3c-ui-vty0-4] authentication-mode scheme sets the logon Method for remote login users using the user name and password
[H3c-ui-vty0-4] user privilege level 3 sets the highest level after Remote Login user Login
4) configure the IP address
[H3c] interface vlan-interface 1
[H3c-vlan-interface1] ip address 192.168.1.1 24
2. client port configuration
1) configure the IP address
192.168.1.2/24
3. log on
Start -- program -- attachment -- command prompt -- telnet 192.168.1.1
Ii. Export the configuration file
1. Save the Configuration:
1) Display saved configuration: Display saved-cofiguration (result: the configuration file does not exist)
2) Save the configuration file: Save (Save the current-configuration content to the saved-configuration file named startup. cfg. Before saving the file, run Y to save the file and then use the default file name. The configuration file is displayed .)
Note:
1) Remove the saved configuration file: reset saved-cofiguration (when it is displayed again, the prompt is: the configuration file does not exist)
2) restart the device: reboot
When the switch is restarted: Clear current-configuration directly
When the router is restarted: directly confirm to save current-configuration
3) in the default configuration of the vrotelnet, the ip address of port g0/0 is 192.168.1.1, And the telnet user name is admin.
2. Create an ftp user
[H3c] local-user h3c1 create user name h3c1
[H3c-luser-h3c] password cipher/simple h3c1 create ciphertext/plaintext display password for h3c1
[H3c-luser-h3c] service-type ftp defines the user's service type as ftp
[H3c-luser-h3c] authorization-attribute level 3 authorizing the current user's command line level 3
3. enable remote Logon
[H3c] ftp server enable
4. log on to the server
> Ftp 192.168.1.1
Ftp> dir/ls (dir Displays attributes such as file read/write attributes, size, date and time, and file name. ls only displays file names)
Ftp> Get startup. cfg d:/sw1.cfg (download the saved configuration file from the server to the local machine, and open it in notepad to view the content)
Note:
Upload File: put
1) modify the d:/sw1.cfg file in Notepad (for example, change sysname to zs) and save
2) Upload the file Put d:/sw1.cfg startup. cfg (if the uploaded file name is not startup. cfg, you need to set the configuration file for the next startup. Command: tartup saved-configuration filename)
3) Restart reboot. The system prompt is <zs>, indicating that the modified configuration file has taken effect.
