Why the hard disk can't be formatted and how to solve it:
Press the shortcut key Win+r, open the Run window, enter cmd, press ENTER, open the command window
Command Window Enter command: Format f:/fs:fat32 Note the middle space, press ENTER to execute the command. In command, F: refers to the letter of your USB drive
For example, the letter you see here is H:
Open Control Panel at Start menu
In Control Panel, change the view to a small icon, and then, when you find the administration tool, open it
In the Administration tool, locate Computer Management, double-click to open it
In Computer Management, you will see all the disks, locate the disk where the U disk is located, right-click it, and choose "Change Drive and path"
Open a dialog box, select the letter A in the Drop-down list on the right, and click the OK button.
Go back to Disk Manager, then right-click on a, and in the Open right-click menu, choose Format, so you can format the USB drive.
