Hard drive cannot complete defragmentation

When defragmenting a hard disk, it always starts again at 10%.

Defragment the hard disk in the system, and start again if a write hard drive and some background programs start. Before defragmenting the hard disk, disable the screen saver, set the system to wait, turn off the hard drive to never, and check to see if other programs are running and shutting down in the system background. If the LAN is connected, it is best to pull it down.

Before finishing, it is best to scan the disk first, delete the files no longer needed to ensure that the process of finishing quickly and correctly.
