Hide text in Word
When editing a document in word, you sometimes need to hide some of the text in the document. For example, when creating a test paper, you can first make the answers together with the questions, hide the answer before printing, and then display the hidden text when marking or explaining the questions. The following uses word 2003 as an example to describe the specific method:
1. Select all text to be hidden, and click "format> font" to bring up the "font" dialog box. If the hidden text is not continuous, you can select some text and press Ctrl to continue the selection.
2. Select "hide text" in the "effect" area ".
3. Click OK. The hidden text is invisible.
4. To unhide the text, press Ctrl + A, select all, repeat the first step, and deselect "hide text.
Note: When hiding text, press Ctrl + Shift + 8 to switch to the unhide state. All hidden text or formats are displayed. Press Ctrl + Shift + 8 again to switch to the hidden state. You can also click the show/hide edit mark button in the toolbar to switch between hidden text and displayed text. Note that if you select "hide text" under "format mark" of "Tools> Options> View", the preceding shortcut keys will be invalid.
