Fault Description:
Virtual Machine network speed is not normal after Dell R720 the Hyper-V environment under the Windows 2012 operating system. Originally 4 1GB NIC to do NIC, but the network speed when access is less than 10M, and the intranet machine ping the virtual machine's IP, the delay is very high, normal is <1ms, and this machine sometimes more than 100ms!
Reason:
Broadcom NIC driver and Hyper-V incompatible, Dell/microsoft has confirmed that the 15.4.0.17 driver will cause this failure, and Hyper-V is discoverable. (ie: Windows 2012/2008r2)

Workaround 1:
Replace the NIC driver, Dell, Broadcom have released a new version of the driver
Or use back the old version of the driver: 14.8.13, there will be no problem!
Workaround 2:
In the network card properties, set the virtual machine queue to Disabled
