Go to Ubuntu Setup Network

Eht0 can be connected to the network, eth1 connection to the company's local area network, eth2 only between the local and virtual machine communication, do not have to switch between the company and home network

In the network bindings List, click the network type. You can configure the following types:

External	Allows virtual machines to communicate with each other and with systems that are located on external servers and (optionally) using the host operating system. You can set this setting to allow virtual machines to access the perimeter network and not expose the host operating system. The external network is bound to the physical network adapter.
Internal	Allow communication between virtual machines on the same host and between virtual machines and hosts. This setting is typically used to establish a test environment where the virtual machine is connected to the host operating system but is not connected to an external network. for internal use the network is not bound to a physical network adapter.
Special	Allows communication between virtual machines on the same host, but not with the host or external network. This setting is typically used to isolate virtual machines from network traffic in the host operating system and outside the network. A private network does not have a virtual network adapter in the host operating system and is not bound to a physical network adapter.
