Select Command Prompt (Admin) from Windows Start

or execute runas/user:administrator cmd

Run the Command window as an administrator.

Perform

bcdedit/copy {default}/d "Windows 8.1 without Hyper-V"

For example

c:\windows\system32>bcdedit/copy {default}/d "Windows 8.1 without Hyper-V"

The entry is successfully copied to {e963cdfc-b015-11e4-a7af-c724e702a228}.

C:\windows\system32>

Perform

Bcdedit/set {<id>} hypervisorlaunchtype off

Where <id> is the entry ID generated in the previous step.

For example

C:\windows\system32>bcdedit/set {e963cdfc-b015-11e4-a7af-c724e702a228} hypervisorlaunchtype off

The operation completed successfully.

You have created a Windows 8.1 startup item that does not start Hyper-V.

Restart your computer, select the Windows 8.1 without Hyper-V startup entry, and go to Windows 8.1 to use VirtualBox, VMware.
