A, if the test reports a memory error, replace the faulty DIMM indicated by the LED lit on the motherboard.

B, if the test report memory configuration is invalid, reinsert the DIMM into a slot with a supported configuration.

2, if the CNFG led is not lit, there should be one of the following:

A, the server is not booted, and the DIMM fault led is lit.

B, check the system event log (SEL) for the presence of PFA log events.

C, reinstall the DIMMs.

D, if the problem persists, move the DIMM to a different slot.

E, replace the DIMM if the DIMM indicator for the new DIMM slot is lit on the motherboard.

F, if the DIMM LEDs on the motherboard that correspond to the original DIMM slots are lit, replace the motherboard (trained technical service personnel only).

G, the server is booted, the failed DIMMs are disabled and their corresponding LEDs are lit.

H, if the LEDs for the two DIMMs are lit, review the system event log to find the PFA for one of the DIMMs and replace the DIMM. Otherwise, replace the two DIMMs at the same time.

I, replace the DIMM if only one of the DIMMs corresponds to the indicator light.

J, re-enable the DIMM slots in the server firmware settings.

NMI

An unshielded interrupt occurs, or the NMI button is pressed.

Review the System event log for information about the error.

Over SPEC

The server is turned off because of a power overload on one of the power channels. The power supply exceeds the maximum rated value.

Pci

An error occurred on the PCI bus or motherboard. The additional LEDs next to the failed PCI slot are lit.

1. Check the LEDs on the PCI slots to determine which components are causing the error.

2. Review the System event log for information about the error.

3. If the failed adapter cannot be determined through the LEDs and the information in the system event log, remove the adapter individually from the failed PCI bus and reboot the server each time the adapter is removed.

Ps

The power supply has failed.

1. Check the power led to see if there is an error indication (the AC power led and the DC power led are not lit at the same time).

2. Ensure that the faulty power supply is properly seated.

3. Replace the faulty power supply.

Raid

The RAID card has failed

The RAID card has an error message or a hardware error with the RAID card

Sp

The service processor (IMM) has failed.

1. Power off the server, then reconnect the server to power and restart the server.

2, update the firmware on the IMM.

TEMP

The system temperature has exceeded the threshold level. A faulty fan causes the temp led to light up.

1. Check the error log to determine where the temperature is too high. If the fan fails, please replace it.

2. Make sure the room temperature is not too high. Learn about temperature information.

3. Make sure the ventilation holes are not clogged.
