The independent filing process is divided into two parts: the registration process and the filing process.

 

I. Registration Process
· First open the IE browser (IE6 is recommended) to log on to the website (www.miibeian.gov.cn ).

· Click "register" in "New website owner user please [register.

· Click "accept" to enter.

· Click "accept ".

· Please carefully read the prompt information on the screen and fill in the information as prompted on the screen. After entering the information, click "register.

· Follow "OK" to complete registration. (Note: As shown in the current phase, the system displays the mobile phone number and email verification code on the screen for registration users to use directly due to the reason of the mobile phone text message sending platform. After the SMS platform is stable, the system will directly display the function on the page where the verification code is canceled .)

Ii. ICP filing process
· Log on to the homepage of the website, as shown in. In "Report category", select "ICP report (website organizer, enter the user name and password you just registered in "User Name" and "password", and enter the correct verification code at the verification code according to the on-screen prompt.

· Click "Log on" to enter.

· Enter the Verification Code received by your mobile phone or email to the corresponding location (Note: The verification code is the same for your mobile phone and email ). Click "Log on.

· Click "record filing information entry" in the tree menu on the left of the screen to enter.

· Click "Information entry.

· After entering the information, click "Next ".

· Click "add Website" to fill in the website information in the pop-up window shown in.

· Read the prompts in the figure carefully, enter the website information in sequence, and click Submit to save the information.

· If you want to add other website information, click "add Website" again to add website information. After entering all the website information, you can click "add access" to add access information for the corresponding website.

· Enter the access information. Note: In the "Website access service provider name" column, you can enter one or two keywords (separated by spaces) and then click "query, the system displays the list of Website access service providers that meet the keyword query conditions in the pop-up window. As shown in.

· Select an Access Service Provider (click the single-choice button on the left) and click "OK" in the window. As shown in, the system will enter the name of the Access Service Provider you selected in the "Website access service provider name" column.

· Click "Submit" to add the access provider. The system returns.

· If other access information needs to be added, click the "add access" button in the window to repeat the preceding steps. If no other access information needs to be added, you can click "continue" in the window.

· After the website and its access information are filled in, you can click "Next" in the window to enter the window shown in.

· The "ICP filing information Summary" is shown. You can view the information you just entered. If there is an error, click the "previous" button to return to the previous step for modification. If the record filing information is correct, click the "finish" button to complete the record filing information (Note: Once you click "finish" here, you can no longer modify your ICP filing information. If you want to modify the information, you must go to the corresponding access service provider and ask them to modify the information for you.

· After submitting your ICP filing information, you can click "Information Browsing" in the tree menu on the left to view the entered information.

· After submitting your ICP filing information, you can click "query Statistics Service-> Record Filing progress query" in the tree menu on the left to view the current stage of your ICP filing information.

· The "ICP Filing Service Management" in the tree menu on the left provides three functions: "Download e-Certificate", "cancel subject application", and "cancel website application. If your ICP filing information has been approved by the relevant departments, you can see the following screen:
