  1. Idle configuration register (MRM): allows users to set different parts of the system to idle.
  2. Idle Status Register (istr): reflects the part of the system that is still in the active state.
  3. Peripheral idle control register (picr): the idle control register of the peripherals.
  4. Peripheral idle Status Register (pistr): reflects the idle status of the peripherals.
  5. Master idle control register (MICR): the idle mode used to store HPI and DMA.
  6. Master idle Status Register (Misr): reflects the idle status of HPI and DMA.

In addition, pllcsr (PLL control/Status Register) is used to disable the PLL kernel when the idle command is executed.

The settings for the ICR, picr, and MICR take effect when the idle command is executed.
