IIS 6.0 SSL Certificate Installation

Step 1: Obtain the server certificate

Obtain the server certificate (this certificate is sent to the user by the GlobalSign system via Email). The content of the Certificate file is (including "----- BEGIN PKCS7 -----" and "----- END PKCS7 -----") in PKCS7 format, save the content as server. p7b (text format ).

Step 2: Install the server certificate

Open the IIS service manager and openAttribute, SelectDirectory Security, ClickServer Certificate

SelectProcess pending requests and install certificates, ClickNext step

Select the Certificate file to install and clickNext step

Specifies the SSL port of the website. The default value is 443. Do not change it. ClickNext step

The certificate details are displayed. ClickNext step

After the certificate is installed, clickComplete

After completing the configuration, you can use the https://www.domain.com for access.
