Innovative factory interview experience

I received an interview call from the innovative factory on Friday to let Monday pass. I used to work as an intern. After all, Nokia is too far away from the school and I want to find a place close to the school. If you have consulted a person who has already gone to an interview, the questions are very simple. It is nothing more than looking for something. The interview will end in an hour. As a result, when I got there at half past two, I had a face-to-face chat with an engineer who interviewed me until. I had a living face for an hour and a half, miserable ~ I haven't eaten lunch yet. (After the interview, I realized that the engineer thought I was a formal employee, so ~~)

I have also participated in interviews with several companies before, but the interview experience is the most nice! I used to go to longmail for an interview. Basically I used to take a test paper and then I chatted with four engineers in the team for 20 minutes. I was told that I will be able to get started tomorrow, at that time, I was still confused (but I didn't go there for various reasons. It was a pity ). The interview in the innovative factory was not separated from the test. The engineer found a table and we sat there like a friend and started the interview like a chat. At the beginning, I mainly asked me some questions: my previous project experiences, from the perspective of framework design, design mode usage, and specific problem solving ~~ I think that unless you have a great experience in engineering projects, you will be overwhelmed. The interviewer also asked me to cite the most difficult problem in the middle of the project and how to solve it. I gave a solution to the conflict between multiple threads: two-dimensional ing tables are used to handle conflicts between each other.

I think the question that makes me not very well answer is: in the bug-list of the project you think you are doing, what is the proportion of your own questions ~ Well, I really don't know how to answer this question. Finally, Jack Ma said a 1/5 question, and I don't know if it is more or less. In fact, seriously: I do not know the proportion of my own coding problems. After all, basically all problems are tangled and not so detailed.

The interviewer asked me an interesting question: have you ever planned to start a business? I replied bluntly: No, because I don't have a good idea, and I don't have any funds ~ Balabala ~ Then I realized that the answer was inappropriate. Because the interviewer later said: the innovative factory is an entrepreneurial company or something ~ Khan ~~

Later, I focused my project experience on mobile development. He asked me what I think of the mainstream mobile operating systems Symbian, maemo, Android, and iPhone. Fortunately, I used to look up this information and said: Personally, I don't like android. I think it is a pseudo-open source, and then balabala ~~~ Haha ~ What are you remembering while listening to the exam. After the interview, I began to think about it: this interviewer won't come from Google with Mr. Li Kaifu, right? I used to do andorid before. In front of him, is it a little inappropriate for Android? Haha ~ Then he asked a lot about symbain and asked me to talk about my views on this OS, I explained the advantages and disadvantages of the Operating System Based on the declining market share of Symbian in the smartphone market. In general, I am still familiar with this aspect and can answer all the questions.

After the project experience was completed, the engineer gave an algorithm question. It took me about 5 minutes to give a solution. After reading the question, the engineer asked me to calculate the time complexity. This is too high. I want to optimize it and reduce the time complexity. I may have solidified my thinking because of the front-side method. I thought about it for more than 5 minutes. I drew a picture there and finally came up with a solution. The result was not completed after I started coding, the engineer may think that it was a little long and interrupted me and analyzed it with me. As a result, his method is the same as the method I finally came up. Haha. He also saw the figure above. Should I know that I have come up with it? Who knows ~

After this question is over, the entire interview is over. Then he said, "I have no problem. Do you have any problems? I boldly asked about the treatment and the legendary overtime questions. Get the exact number: At least 70 h of work a week. Khan Yixian ~~ (I don't know if this number is for formal employees or interns ). He also asked me: I have not searched their company information on the Internet. I said: I have searched but few, so it is not very clear. Finally, I asked about the R & D of the innovative factory, which is mainly concentrated in the following areas: E-commerce, mobile Internet, and cloud computing. Then the interviewer asked me how much I know about these directions. I admit that the concept of cloud computing is new, and there is only one such concept. It is not very clear about the actual situation. In fact, I would like to venture to ask: from the very beginning to the present, no products have been made and no substantial progress has been made. What is this question? This is also a question from most of my classmates and friends ~

 

Throughout the interview process: As long as I answer a question, the interviewer keeps remembering it. It may be about scoring, writing comments, and taking it seriously! In addition, you can check the authenticity of your resume! Moreover, the interviewer is very nice. When giving me an algorithm question: I smiled and said to him: I may not. But he smiled and said: It's okay. We can't discuss it together. While I was doing the problem: He didn't leave and kept waiting beside me. In addition, I have benefited a lot from the discussion of the same problem!

The interview experience at the innovative factory gave me a very nice feeling! Of course, the atmosphere and company culture in the factory I have seen are also different from those in my previous company !! If I have more such interview experiences, I would like to feel it !!
