Install Alexa Toolbar
1. install it in IE
Use IE to open the http://www.alexa.com/site/download,click "Install now" icon and download it.
Generally, IE6 is successful. If there is a problem, check whether it is intercepted by anti-virus software.
IE7 is quite troublesome. I installed several XP operating system machines separately, but they were not smooth and encountered different problems:
1, Not displayed after installation
Cause 1: Alexa is not loaded.
The problem is that the "View-toolbar-Alexa" option on the menu bar is grayed out and cannot be checked. You can open "tools-Manage Add-on" in the menu bar and enable Alexa loading.
Cause 2: The locked toolbar is hidden.
The "View-toolbar" on the menu bar clearly shows Alexa:
Check "tools-Manage Add-on" in the menu bar, And Alexa is also enabled.
Later, click "View-toolbar" on the menu bar, and click "lock toolbar" to remove a small part on the far right of the external toolbar. It turns out to be a long-sought Alexa toolbar.
2,AlexaThe toolbar is not displayed normally and the appearance is white
It is related to the anti-virus software. After the anti-virus software is disabled, it can be displayed normally, but it continues to be abnormal after it is re-opened. No solution found.
3,AlexaThe toolbar displays"Alexa couldn't load"Error.
Disable anti-virus software. The error persists;
Tool bar reinstalled, no effect;
Click "tools-Internet Options-advanced-Reset Internet Explorer Settings" in the menu bar, and then reinstall the Alexa toolbar to solve the problem. It may be due to conflicts with Alexa tool bar due to changes made by other tools or software during ie usage.
2. install it in Firefox
