The fourth edition (R4) Golden Edition SDK (version 6.0) is now available for the intel® realsense™ F200 camera and is released as a gold version for the intel® realsense™ rear R200 camera. Please note that the driver/service (DCM) of the F200 OR R200 camera must be installed with the SDK at the same time. Use the DCM 1.4.27 and DCM 2.0.3 respectively for F200 camera and R200 camera. They are on the same download page as the SDK.
With full Windows * 10 64-bit support (or Windows 8.1 64-bit updated in August), the system must be equipped with a fourth generation intel® processor (or later), one usable root USB3 port, 8 GB RAM, and 6 GB of free space. You can install this new SDK without uninstalling the old version. Note: If there is not enough free disk space, the SDK installer will not start. If you select a Language Pack (via the Web) or change the camera type, the Setup program also pauses for a long time.
Note: To build the installer for a full app, read "Deploy your App" (sdkdevguide.pdf) or add the RealSense runtime to the app installer.
R200 shares Blob and face tracking features with F200, but only R200 supports scene awareness, enhanced photography, and 3D captures the entire head and body. Also, unlike F200, the R200 graphics driver must support opencl* 1.2. - The image interface expands the imageoption to support retrieving rotated images.

- The Blob module adds filtering capabilities according to different BLOB regions or based on the maximum or minimum number of pixels. New Segmentetion_image_type to map blobs to color data streams. Now, the distance between adjacent but untouched two objects is clearer, the nearest point stability is improved, and the contour is merged with the Mask leveling function.
