Interview record (01)-How to answer these two questions?

Due to my work experience, I have some opportunities to interview others, so I should have some experience to talk to you.

When we mention the word "interview", there is always a kind of class feeling. It seems that the interviewer is superior, while the interviewer is inferior. In fact, this is not the case, when a company interviews you, you are also interviewing this company. Although the interview process is serious, you do not need to be too nervous, because if an interviewer has such skill, he should be able to perceive your potential, just like picking gold from a pile of sand.

I used to ask two questions during interviews:

1.What are the greatest difficulties or obstacles you encounter from small to large?
2.Finally, how did you solve it?

When answering the first question, I have to find a way to read your past, your growth environment, and your personality from your description. When you speak out of difficulties, what should I do if I encounter the same problem first? Then compare the gaps in our practices to determine where you should be placed if you enter the company in the future.

For the first question, after all, everyone's growth is not the same, so there is no standard answer. Some people will tell me: "It seems that I have never encountered any unsolved problems." Obviously, he did not know the question, because he did not ask "Are there any problems that cannot be solved", but asked "the biggest problem encountered ".

Some people will say, "Okay ~ I have never encountered any difficulties ?! Do you believe this? This is probably a person without history. Even if there are any difficulties, I'm afraid he never remembers it.

The best answer is to have a piece of memory that does not need to be fabricated. Naturally, you can feel the whole of you.

Of course, I have also had the experience of applying for an interview from the company. You should not give up the opportunity to interview this company. Generally, after the interviewer asks a question, I will also ask this company two questions:

1.I heard that your company has excellent talents. I don't know what talents are there?
2.How long have these people been in the company? How long will it continue?

When I ask the first question, I want to know whether the interviewer knows about my company or not. I don't lie to you. Even if many large companies are not able to answer the first question, how can we stay in a company that doesn't know our employees?

The second question is the loyalty of existing employees to their work and current situation. From the second question, we can look at many secrets. senior employees are very important, this allows us to have the dignity of work out of money (please refer to my other article)Article-The dignity of my work). I am happy to learn from these predecessors. However, if the term of office for these people is short, some people may even leave in the days to come. What do you think?
